Refund & Cancellation Policy

URLDrop may offer paid subscription services, including URLDrop Pro.

Automatic Renewal

• URLDrop Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the billing interval displayed when the user subscribes unless canceled before the next renewal.

Cancellation

• Users may cancel URLDrop Pro through their account.
• Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
• The user will continue to have Pro access until that date.
• The subscription will not renew after the cancellation becomes effective.

Refunds

• Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law.
• URLDrop may review refund requests involving duplicate charges, billing errors, technical issues, or other exceptional circumstances.

After Cancellation

• When URLDrop Pro expires, the account will revert to the Free plan.
• The account will not be deleted solely because Pro was canceled.
• Existing shortened URLs will become subject to the rules, features, and expiration policies applicable to the user's account and plan.
• Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation.
